Goofing around all alone at the mall made me realize that there's a certain kind of comfort in strangers. Meaningless eye contacts with drop hints of curiosity or interest and nothing more or at all. Being bathed with people who don’t know who you are, what you do, what you’ve done. It’s a kind of escape from a life you’ve set in a place for far too long. It’s an alternative for having a new identity, a new life. A fresh start.
Yet on the other hand, there comes a time when there won’t be any place unfamiliar to you. There won’t be any more escapism.
